Johor Bahru is the first destination of Malaysia and border of Singapore!
From Woodlands Train Checkpoints/Singapore Immigration to Kualalumpur :
There are three train services (Morning, Afternoon and Night) per day, operated by KTM Intercity company of Malaysia from Singapore. The train pricing are affordable almost like bus fares and convenient by various sleeper classes and chair cars available. But the trains are other hand very slow. It usually take 6.5 hours to reach KL rather buses reach by 4 hours. The KTM tickets can be booked online via KTM website (Link has provided at the bottom of the page under "For More Information") and the availability/ updated timing can be checked online.
My suggestion is to take the train from Johor Bahru Train station which is situated just at the JB Sentral/ Malaysian Immigration complex, if you concern about the budget. As i have noticed, the train fares are half when you board from JB station which is just 2kms aways from Singapore Woodlands Immigration Checkpoints. Please check the train fares below or alternatively check the updated fares online with KTM e-ticketing weblink below.
